West Boise Water Renewal Facility Bid Package: #8 – Re-Bid - Secondary Capacity Expansion Package 2 Bids Due: March 30, 2026 at 2:00 pm MDT Request for Proposals Hoffman Construction Company of America, Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC" or "Contractor") for West Boise Water Renewal Facility ("Project") being performed for The City of Boise, Idaho ("Owner") requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package BP#8 – Re-Bid - Secondary Capacity Expansion Package 2. All previous bids received for this scope of work have been rejected and are being rebid in this bid package. BIDDERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that an affiliate of Contractor intends to submit a proposal for the Concrete Work (Bid Item #1) in response to this RFP. The bid for that entity will be delivered directly to the Owner one hour prior to the public bid opening. Contractor's self-perform bid will be read at the Public Bid Opening. Proposals must utilize the specified PROPOSAL FORM and be uploaded to Smartbid OR delivered to Hoffman Construction Company of America at 420 W Washington St., Suite A, Boise, Idaho 83702 no later than 2:00 p.m. MDT, March 30, 2026. PUBLIC BID OPENING TO FOLLOW in person and online. See website for the online meeting link. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted. Questionnaire can be found at https://www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners/#prequalification and may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately. Elaborate proposals or the inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals, resumes, etc. is strongly discouraged. Proposals that are materially incomplete, do not include current Questionnaire with latest year-end safety and financial information (unless previously submitted), are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered. Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors per Idaho Statues Title 54 Chapter 19 and other applicable statutes. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program ("CCIP") for on-site operations is being provided for general liability. Refer to proposal documents for complete proposal requirements and additional information. Proposal documents may be examined at local plan centers, viewed and/or downloaded without charge at www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners.
