All previous bids received for this scope of work have been rejected and are being rebid in this bid package. BIDDERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that an affiliate of Contractor intends to submit a proposal for the Concrete Work (Bid Item #1) in response to this RFP. Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors per Idaho Statues Title 54 Chapter 19 and other applicable statutes.
