Victory Rd., Boise, Idaho 83709 and will be opened and read aloud following the closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders and others properly interested are invited to be present at bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on an Idaho Bank, or bid bond, with Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid, made payable to the Independent School District of Boise City.
