SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY CITY OF EAGLE The EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will sell certain personal property to the highest bidder exceeding the Minimum Bid Price. A description of personal property is as follows: Located at: 1) House: 8660 W. Equest Lane, Eagle, Idaho. Built in 1999 Approximately 3,174 square feet [sq ft] total Approximately Main Floor 2,830 sq ft, Finished attic 344 sq ft 2) Shop: 8660 W. Equest Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The House and Shop will be sold AS IS, without warranty. Winning bidder(s) is solely responsible for all transportation costs and arrangements associated with the removal of the House from the real property. Removal of the House and Shop shall occur by May 1, 2026, unless otherwise negotiated. The winning bidder shall remit payment in full via cashier's check or money order, payable to City of Eagle, no later than five (5) working days after the bid opening. Failure to do so will result in the bid being awarded to the next highest bidder. Minimum Bid Price: 1) House: $150,000 2) Shop: $2,500 Site visit: A site visit to view the House and Shop will be conducted on March 17, 2026 Interested parties shall meet at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho at 10:00 a.m. (MST). City Personnel will conduct the site tour. Site access is not allowed without accompaniment of City Personnel during the identified time. Sealed bid submittal deadline: March 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho. All bids must be submitted to Eagle City Hall Attn: City Clerk, 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle Idaho 83616 in a sealed envelope and marked to identify the structure being bid upon e.g. House 8660 W. Equest Lane or Shop 8660 W. Equest Lane. Bid contents should include bidder name, address, phone number and e-mail address, and the bid amount. Bids below the minimum bid amount will not be considered.
