Guard St (Building 600), Boise, Idaho 83705-5004 until 1:30 PM, prevailing local time, on March 26, 2026, for Solicitation No. NGBID-26-B-007, Oil/Water and/or Grease Trap Clean Out Service Contract. Bids may be hand carried or mailed to: Contracting Officer, 4040 W. Guard St, Building 600, Boise, Idaho 83705-5004. A description of the work involved with this service contract can be summarized as follows: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, permits, licenses, and coordination necessary to complete the servicing of oil/water separators and/or grease traps. Contractor is responsible for ensuring all safety practices and equipment are being utilized in accordance with OSHA Standards. The Contractor must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations and guidelines at all times. Inspect oil water separator for general appearance and operation. Inspect for proper water levels. Pump out clean and remove all sludge and solids. Clean and inspect stainless sensors and test for proper operations. Test actuator valve for proper operations, test control panel for faulty wiring, relays, corrosion and general appearance. Test visual and audible alarm functions. The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms, by mutual agreement between contractor and the Idaho Military Division. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required. The cost of any single project is limited to not greater than $200,000. The successful bidder must possess a valid Idaho Public Works Contractor License prior to contract award. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
