LEGAL NOTICE Public Meeting Announcement Micron Technology, Inc. An informational meeting will be held at the Bown Crossing Branch of the Boise Public Library located at 2153 E. Riverwalk Dr. in Boise, Idaho from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Friday, March 20, 2026, in the Martie Brennan Multipurpose Room in accordance with the Rules for the Control of Air Pollution in Idaho, Idaho Administrative Code, IDAPA 58.01.01.213.02 – Permit to Construct Procedures for Pre-Permit Construction. Micron Technology, Inc. is a semiconductor manufacturer expanding the Boise facility by constructing a new leading-edge semiconductor fabrication facility. The expansion will be executed in four distinct phases over an approximate 5-year period. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the general public of Micron Technology, Inc.'s proposed facility changes for the third and fourth phases of expansion. In addition, this meeting will serve to fulfill the air quality pre-permit construction requirements per IDAPA 58.01.01.213.02. Proposed facility changes will include new scrubbers, emergency generators, cooling towers, and boilers associated with the expansion and ancillary support operations as well as changes to existing sources at the facility. The result will be an increase in criteria pollutants, hazardous air pollutants, and toxic air pollutants and the facility will maintain its classification as a PSD minor source. IPL0319228 Mar 6 2026
