ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Boise Project Board of Control Boise, Idaho New York Canal Lining Project 2026/27 General Notice Boise Project Board of Control (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: New York Canal Lining Project 2026/27 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Boise Project Board of Control Main Office located at 2465 W. Overland Road, Boise Idaho, 83705 until TUESDAY, MARCH 31, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Removal, disposal and replacement of approximately 1 linear mile of the existing concrete, asphalt or earthen canal lining with a multi-layer geo-composite canal liner membrane and steel reinforced concrete cap, including removal and replacement of the existing canal check structure located within the project limits. Bids are requested for the following Contract: New York Canal Lining Project 2026/27 Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: HMH Engineering 680 S. Progress Ave., Suite #1 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
