NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING STAR SEWER and WATER DISTRICT In accordance with Idaho Code § 63-1311A, legal notice is hereby given that the Star Sewer and Water District Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on March 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Star Sewer and Water District Office, 10831 W. State Street, Star, Idaho 83669. The purpose of the hearing is to consider proposed fee increases exceeding five percent (5%) over the respective fees collected during the previous year. If approved, the proposed increases will take effect on April 1, 2026. The Board will also discuss the reasons for the proposed adjustments.
