NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) will hold a public hearing with respect to the 2026 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) on March 19, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM MDT, as required by the amended Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The hearing will be held by means of electronic communication (by video conference with the option to join via telephone) and there will be no option for public in-person attendance. Members of the public may access the electronic hearing by video conference or by telephone per the information below.

This public hearing is being conducted to receive feedback regarding proposed amendments to the LIHTC Program QAP. If approved, these changes to the QAP will be effective once approved by IHFA's Board of Commissioners and Governor Little. LIHTCs are available to owners of qualified rental developments who are willing to designate at least 20% of a development's units for low-income use. Credit is allocated on a competitive basis in accordance with the state's approved QAP.
