The facility, a water renewal facility, is located at 11818 Joplin Road, Boise, ID 83714. A public comment period on the proposed modified permit No. P-2021.0025 Project Number 63670 will be provided if a written request is submitted on or before March 12, 2026, directed to Dianne Hobbs, Department of Environmental Quality, 1410 N.
