No. 130687-ID Parcel No. R9281000300 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE (Pursuant To Idaho Code Section 45-1506A – Rescheduled Sale) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 4/7/2026 at 11:00 AM (recognized local time), at the ADA COUNTY COURTHOUSE FRONT STEPS, 200 W FRONT STREET, BOISE, ID 83702, in the County of Ada, Successor Trustee , SYDNEY K. LEAVITT, ESQ., a member of the State Bar of Idaho, of ALDRIDGE PITE, LLP, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Ada, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to wit: LOT 3, WEHREN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN BOOK 26 OF PLATS AT PAGE(S) 1626-1627, RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. The Trustee has no knowledge of a more particular description of the above referenced real property, but for purposes of compliance with Idaho Code Section 60-113, the Trustee has been informed that the address of: 950 NORTH BEVERLY DRIVE, EAGLE, ID 83616 is commonly associated with said real property. Idaho Code Section 45-1506A sets forth that in the event a sale cannot be held at the time scheduled by reason of automatic stay provisions of the U.S. bankruptcy code (11 U.S.C. 362), or a stay order issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, then the sale may be rescheduled and conducted following expiration or termination of the effect of the stay. Because expiration or termination of the effect of the stay has occurred, the trustee's sale has been rescheduled and will occur on the date and time and at the location listed above. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Deed of Trust executed by ROBERT G.
