NOTICE Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2810, Capital City Development Corporation ("CCDC"), the duly authorized urban renewal agency of Boise City, a public body corporate and politic, organized under the laws of the state of Idaho, Chapter 20, Title 50, Idaho Code, provides notice that it has entered into professional services agreement with Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, whereby CCDC will pay an amount expected to exceed $30,000.
