Request For Proposals Single Family Deed Restricted Housing Partner Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) requests proposals from qualified and experienced, non-profit single family developers. The purpose of this RFP is to increase access to homeownership assistance with non-profit parters who prioritize Deed Restricted Fee Simple Housing. Proposals will only be accepted electronically and must be received no later than 11:59p.m. March 4, 2026. Interested applicants may submit a request a workcenter to upload responses, please email: HOMESF@ihfa.org with 'Deed Restricted RFP Workcenter' in the subject line.
