All sales are final and equipment/property is offered "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Successful bidder must pay for and pick up items no later than 3/5/2026. Payment shall be made in the form of cash or cashier's check. Credit cards will not be accepted. Sealed bids will be accepted until noon (12:00 p.m.) on 2/19/2026, at which time they will be opened. The highest bidder for each bid will be notified by phone/email. Successful responders who do not respond within one week of notification will be considered nonresponsive.
