Public Notice Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC), a public body corporate and politic, hereby publishes notice of intent to award a sole source procurement. This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2808(2). The sole source procurement is between CCDC and Amano McGann, Inc. CCDC intends to include Amano McGann parking access and revenue control system equipment and installation services in an upcoming construction bid for the 1010 W Jefferson Commercial Space and Parking Facility project. The bid documents may include the following: Amano McGann equipment, software, parts, accessories, and installation services. It has been determined there is only one distributor and service provider available to provide the products and services required for the intended purpose. Any vendor may challenge this sole source procurement.
