LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EAGLE CITY ATHLETIC PARK, EAGLE, IDAHO: The City of Eagle is soliciting statements of qualification from Idaho-licensed Design Professionals for the next phase of design and construction administration of an 80+ acre athletic park. Construction will proceed in a phased approach depending on funding availability. The Design Professionals ranked highest from this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process will be asked to negotiate a contract. If a contract cannot be negotiated, the City of Eagle will ask the next highest ranked company to negotiate a contract. Companies are not guaranteed work nor compensation until under contract with the City of Eagle. Interested parties are invited to obtain the RFQ and submission instructions from the City of Eagle's website www.cityofeagle.org. The submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Time), Friday, February 13, 2026. Registration is not required to submit a proposal. The City of Eagle reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
