CITY OF EAGLE PUBLIC HEARING Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on February 2, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following: APPLICATION: RZDA-2021-18-MOD1/PP-2021-19-MOD1 – Farmstead Landing Subdivision Development Agreement Modification and Preliminary Plat Modification – Bowen Grange with Boise Hunter Homes SUBJECT / LOCATION: Bowen Grange with Boise Hunter Homes is requesting development agreement modification and preliminary plat modification approval to modify the required subdivision amenities, reduce the landscape buffer along Linder Road to fifty (50) feet, modify lot sizes, and construct private streets with gated entrances for Farmstead Landing Subdivision, a 165-lot (141-buildable, 24-common) residential subdivision. The 80.23-acre site is located north of West Floating Feather Road between North Linder Road and North Park Lane. You are invited to attend the public hearing and offer comments for consideration. If you are unable to attend and would like to watch the meeting remotely, please visit our livestream at https://www.cityofeagle.org/305/City-Agendas-Videos. WRITTEN COMMENTS regarding this application must be received by the City no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho 83616. Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences known to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813. Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met. The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.
