NOTICE Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2810, Capital City Development Corporation ("CCDC"), the duly authorized urban renewal agency of Boise City, a public body corporate and politic, organized under the laws of the state of Idaho, Chapter 20, Title 50, Idaho Code, provides notice that it has entered into a professional services agreement with Piper Sandler & Co., whereby CCDC will pay an amount expected to exceed $30,000.
