NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on February 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Idaho Housing and Finance Association ("IHFA") will conduct a public hearing at the offices of IHFA located at 565 West Myrtle Street, Boise, Idaho, First Floor Conference Room, regarding IHFA's issuance of its Single Family Mortgage Bonds pursuant to Section 143 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), in an aggregate principal amount of up to $1,500,000,000 (the "Bonds"), in one or more series as part of a plan of finance under Section 147(f)(2)(C) of the Code, with the first Bonds to be issued within one year of approval under Section 147(f) of the Code and any remaining Bonds to be issued within three years thereafter, for the purpose of providing financing to qualified purchasers of residential single family homes located in the State of Idaho, which purchasers meet various ownership and income limitations.
Neither the State of Idaho nor any county, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, subdivision, or agency of the State is obligated to pay the principal or interest on the Bonds. No local or state tax funds or revenue have been committed to pay the principal or interest on the Bonds.
This public hearing is required by the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
