NOTICE OF RESOLUTIONS AND BOND SALE Public notice is hereby given by the Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District No. 1, City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "District") of Resolution 2025-R03, adopted on June 25, 2025, as amended by Resolution No. 2025-R06, adopted on December 1, 2025 (collectively, "Resolutions"), which Resolutions authorize the sale of general obligation bonds of the District in an amount not to exceed $11,000,000. Pursuant to the Resolutions, the District intends to sell its General Obligation Bonds, Series 2026, in an amount not to exceed $11,000,000, to D.A.
