You have been sued by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation as Trustee for Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2023-1, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for the County of Ada, Idaho, Case No. CV01-25-22366.
The nature of the claim against you is an action for declaratory relief and judicial foreclosure of the real property currently known as 2750 S. TEN MILE RD., MERIDIAN, ID 83642 and legally described as
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, VAL VISTA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN BOOK 59 OF PLATS AT PAGE(S) 5668-5669, RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: A 12.50 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND BEING A PORTION OF LOT 3 IN BLOCK 1 OF VAL VISTA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN BOOK 59 OF PLATS AT PAGES 5668 AND 5669, OFFICIAL RECORDS, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, SITUATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A BRASS CAP MONUMENT MARKING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 23 FROM WHICH AN ALUMINUM CAP MONUMENT MARKING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER BEARS NORTH 00°22'40" EAST A DISTANCE OF 2656.40 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER, NORTH 0°22'40" EAST A DISTANCE OF 1327.86 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID WEST LINE, SOUTH 89°37'20" EAST A DISTANCE OF 33.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3, NORTH 0°22'40" EAST A DISTANCE OF 353.16 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3, SOUTH 89°07'40" EAST A DISTANCE OF 12.50 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID NORTH BOUNDARY, ALONG A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND MEASURING 12.50 FEET EAST OF THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3, SOUTH 0°22'40" WEST A DISTANCE OF 353.17 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3, NORTH 89°05'29" WEST A DISTANCE OF 12.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any time after 21 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case Number and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 200 W.
