ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BIG WOOD RIVER DIVERSION DAM REMEDIATION PROJECT BELLEVUE, IDAHO General Notice The Board of Control (BOC) for Triangle Irrigation District and Wood River Irrigation District #45 (Owner) is requesting Bids for construction of the following Project: BIG WOOD RIVER DIVERSION DAM REMEDIATION PROJECT Bids for the construction of the project will be publicly opened and read at the Board of Control building located at 227 Baseline Rd., Bellevue, ID 83313, on February 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing local time. All bids must be received at 611 Gannett Rd., Gannett, ID 83313 prior to the meeting, or if delivering in person, at 227 Baseline Rd., Bellevue, ID 83313. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders mailing submissions should ensure delivery to 611 Gannett Rd. before the meeting, accounting for potential weekend mail delays. The project generally consists of restoring the functionality of the Diversion Dam by repairing and reinforcing its structure to ensure stability. Additionally, a notch will be added to the dam to facilitate fish passage. The project also includes placing riprap and rocks downstream of the dam, as well as bank revegetation efforts.
