Idaho Housing and Finance Association Seeks public comment regarding proposed changes to the 2026 Annual Administrative Plan for Idaho's HOME, HTF, and NSP Programs IHFA is the HUD grantee for the State of Idaho's HOME Investment Partnerships, National Housing Trust Fund, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Programs. These programs are federally funded affordable housing development assistance programs. IHFA proposes to make several substantive changes to the 2026 Annual Administrative Plan and asks for the public's comment regarding the changes.
