This bid package includes the following: Lab Casework, Fume Hoods & Countertops, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Walls and Ceilings, Resilient Flooring and Base, Paints and Coatings, Fire Extinguishers, Window Coverings, Fire Suppression Systems, Mechanical, Plumbing & HVAC, and Electrical. A non-mandatory, but strongly encouraged, Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for January 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM MST. Attendees must bring/wear their own OSHA-compliant Hard Hat and Safety Glasses, gloves, reflective vest, long pants and boots. Attendees shall meet at the Loading Dock on S. Manitou Ave, adjacent to MCMR at 1435 W. University Drive. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted.
