CORE Construction | Idaho REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FROM PREQUALIFIED DPW LICENSED SUBCONTRACTORS FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECT: IDAHO DPW BSU Morrison Center Lobby Restroom Remodel 2201 Cesar Chavez Lane Boise, ID 83706 THE SUBJECT PROJECT IS A CMGC DELIVERY METHOD. AS SUCH WILL COMPLY WITH IDAHO STATUTES TITLE 54 CHAPTER 4511. IN GENERAL: The project consists of a 1,168 square foot lobby restroom remodel with a potential expansion to 3,983 square feet to improve efficiency, service, capacity, and functionality. The project includes extending the remodel of existing lobby level restrooms. Remodel of lobby level, 2nd floor and 3rd floor restrooms along with the family restrooms, mother's room, accommodating sensory room, janitor's closets and corridors. The addition of restrooms for the 2nd and 3rd floor require modification of existing internal waste lines to handle increased capacity, plus a new sewer line on exterior of the building to tie into existing sewer manholes. Construction will occur on an occupied campus, and the facility is the cultural hub for The State of Idaho, Boise, and BSU. Work commencing following completion of construction documents and anticipated start date May 2026 with completion prior to the first scheduled performances in early September 2026. THE PROJECT IS ESTIMATED BETWEEN $900,000 TO $1,100,000 ANTICIPATED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WILL BE ISSUED ON OR ABOUT FEBRUARY 3, 2026, WITH BIDS DUE ON OR ABOUT FEBRUARY 24, 2026.
