Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th day of December, 2025, the Council of Boise City received the following requests. THE REQUEST(S) ARE AS FOLLOWS: Public Hearing pursuant to Idaho Code § 63-1311A for ORD-44-25, which amends Boise City Code Title 3, Chapter 16, Nonconsent Towing Services, in part, to increase fees allowed pursuant to that Chapter A more particular description of the subject and related proceedings are on file in the Department of the City Clerk, City Hall Building, 150 North Capitol Blvd., phone (208) 972-8150. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Mayor and Council have set the meeting to take place on January 13th, 2026, in the Council Chambers of City Hall when Council meets in Regular Session. At this time and place a public hearing for interested parties and citizens alike shall have an opportunity to be heard. At such hearing the Council may, after due consideration, either approve, deny, or modify the Ordinance. Auxiliary aids or services are available upon request.
