Ada County, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for prosecution services for the City of Eagle in an amount not to exceed $150,990.02 for fiscal year 2025-2026. Borton-Lakey Law Offices to provide legal services. The budgeted amount for fiscal year 2025-2026 is $260,000.00. Bricon to provide construction services for Heritage Park improvements in amount not to exceed $565,900.00. Electrical Controls and Instrumentation, LLC, to be paid in the amount of 60% of all electrical permit fees collected. The company will perform electrical inspector services for the City of Eagle. The budget amount for fiscal year 2025-2026 is $150,000.00. EntryPoint Networks Inc. to provide consulting and engineering services associated with the City initiated fiber optic network in an amount of $30,300.00. Garland/DBS, INC to provide roofing services for the roof replacement on the Eagle Public Library in an amount not to exceed $250,905.00. HECO Engineering to provide engineering services. The budged amount for fiscal year 2025-2026 is $60,000.00, does not include pass through fees incurred by developers. HECO Engineering to provide engineering scope of work services for the Heritage Park improvements in an amount of $38,583.00. Idaho Humane Society for animal control services for the City of Eagle in the annual amount not to exceed $188,280.00 for fiscal year 2025-2026. John Stocke, Inspect LLC to be paid in the amount of 60% of all plumbing permit fees collected. The budgeted amount for fiscal year 2025-2026 is $144,000.00. RIMI, Inc. to be paid in the amount of 60% of all mechanical permit fees and 40% of the plan review fees collected. The company will perform mechanical inspector services for the City of Eagle.
