The purpose of the transfer is to change a portion of the above rights as follows: The transfer proposes to expand the place of use boundary for water rights 67-14703, 67-14704, and 67-14705 to include approximately 180 acres north of the Weiser River Road in Section 35 of Township 11 North, 04 West B.M.
