NOTICE OF IRRIGATION DISTRICT TAXES DUE In compliance with Title 43, Section 707 of the Idaho Code, as amended, each property owner owning land within boundaries of the Boise-Kuna Irrigation District, is hereby notified that the assessments of the district are now due and payable. The First 2026 assessment will become delinquent on the 21st day of December 2025. Thereafter, a 2% penalty will be added to the amount of the first half, and interest will accrue at the rate of 1% per month. Each of you is further notified that, if you are the owner or interested party in title to land located within the boundaries of the Boise-Kuna Irrigation District, this notice is full and adequate notice, under the provisions of the law, of the obligation to pay the assessments of the District for the First 2026 assessment and Second 2026 Assessment. Each of you is hereby notified payments can be made at the office of the district at 129 N. School Avenue in Kuna, Idaho; and office hours are 8:00 a.m. to noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday except holidays.
