ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
PROJECT TITLE: RFQ REG-BASE-25-11
VRT is accepting quotes for ADA Eligibility Evaluation Service as set forth in the contract documents for RFQ REG-BASE-25-11. Submissions will be received by email at procurement@ridevrt.org until 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
Questions regarding the RFQ are due by 4:00 p.m. MT on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Questions can be sent to Kevin Womack, VRT Procurements, at procurement@ridevrt.org Subject: RFQ REG-BASE-25-11.
This federally-funded project entails professional services to:
Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced respondents (individuals or firms) to establish a "Service Agreement." The services described by the Agreement and this RFQ will provide "Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Eligibility Evaluation Services" reviewing access eligibility of our current riders (individuals with disabilities) and new applicants (individuals with disabilities) to ensure only qualified passengers use the service and are more fully described in Exhibit A.

In determining the most advantageous proposal, the Owner will consider all acceptable quotes on a basis consistent with the procurement package. The Owner will also consider whether the quote is a responsible quote.
Before a contract will be awarded for work contemplated herein, the owner will conduct such investigation as is necessary to determine the performance record and ability of the Offerors to perform the size and type of work specified under this contract. Upon request, the Offeror shall submit such information as deemed necessary by the owner to evaluate the offeror's qualifications.
All submissions must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign.
Valley Regional Transit reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Valley Regional Transit.
Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability in consideration for an award of any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement.
