This bid package includes the following: Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Pedestrian Traffic Coatings, Architectural Sheet Metal, Painting, Flagpoles, Laundry Equipment, Window Coverings, Exterior Signage, Controlled Low Strength Materials (CLSM) and Installation of OFCI Items. A non-mandatory, but strongly encouraged virtual Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for 3:00 p.m., MST December 5, 2025 on Microsoft Teams. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the contract documents.
