PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF EAGLE Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on December 16, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following: APPLICATION: VAC-2025-03 – Vacation to the Final Plat of Avimor Boise County Phase 1 Subdivision – TH Holdings 2022, LLC SUBJECT / LOCATION: TH Holdings 2022, LLC, represented by Sabrina Durtschi, is requesting to vacate one foot (1') of the five-foot-wide (5'W) interior side utility easement located on Lot 8, Block 5, of the Avimor Boise County Phase 1 Subdivision final plat. The 0.22-acre site is located approximately 1,325 feet east of the intersection of State Highway 55 and North McLeod Way at 6551 Charlie Place.
