2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) DRAFT
The City of Boise invites public comment on the 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report draft (CAPER). The CAPER details how the City of Boise used Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program funds during Program Year 2024 for activities and accomplishments from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, while addressing community needs and priorities identified in the City of Boise's Five-Year Consolidated Plan. The City of Boise's Program Year 2024 CAPER will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or before December 30, 2025.
The CAPER will be available to the public online at cityofboise.org/hcd beginning December 1, 2025. THE REPORT CAN BE PROVIDED IN A FORMAT ACCESSIBLE TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND/OR PERSONS WITH LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY UPON REQUEST.
The City of Boise's Housing and Community Development Division will accept public comments on the CAPER beginning December 1, 2025, through December 15, 2025. Comments may be submitted by email (housing@cityofboise.org), fax (208-384-4195) or mail (City of Boise, Attn: HCD PO Box 500, Boise, Idaho 83701-0500).
A public hearing will be held to obtain comment from interested individuals and/or organizations. Residents are invited to join virtually or in person on December 4, 2025, 12:00 – 1:00 PM. The hearing location is accessible to persons with physical disabilities.
