Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 28th day of October, 2025, the Council of Boise City received the following requests. THE REQUEST(S) ARE AS FOLLOWS: Appeal of CUP25-00016 / Alscott Real Estate Group / 655 W Parkside View Ln / Appeal of the Planning and Zoning Commission denial of a conditional use permit to reduce the density by more than 25% percent in an existing planned unit development on 4.98 acres in a R-1B/HS-O/WUI-O (Residential: Suburban with Hillside Development Overlay and Wildland Urban Interface Overlay) zone A more particular description of subject property and the proceedings related to this application are on file in the Department of the City Clerk, City Hall Building, 150 North Capitol Blvd., phone (208) 972-8150, and the Boise City Planning and Development Services Administration Office, City Hall, phone (208) 608-7100. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Mayor and Council have set the meeting to take place on December 2nd, 2025, in the Council Chambers of City Hall when Council meets in Regular Session. At this time and place a public hearing for interested parties and citizens alike shall have an opportunity to be heard. At such hearing the Council may, after due consideration, either accept, reject or modify the foregoing Commission recommendations. Auxiliary aids or services are available upon request.
