LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING WEST BOISE SEWER DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR INCREASED RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CHARGES AND INCREASED TYPICAL COMMERCIAL SERVICE CHARGES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the West Boise Sewer District ("District") will hold a public hearing on November 11, 2025, at 7:05 p.m. at the District's office at 7608 Ustick Road, Boise, Idaho for the purpose of hearing public comments regarding, and to explain the reasons for consideration of, a resolution to increase monthly service charges of Residential and Typical Commercial Users of the District's sewer collection system. The resolution includes proposed fee increases in an amount requiring a public hearing under Idaho Code Section 63-1311A. The proposed resolution is summarized as follows: Residential User Monthly Service Charges (With One Service Connection) are proposed to be amended to read as follows: "Residential User Classification Monthly Service Charge Single Family Residence $31.72 $35.00 Multiple Residential Living Unit (Duplex, Triplex, $31.72 $35.00 per unit Apartment House, Condominium or Townhouse) Mobile Home Court or Park: Long-Term Tenant Type $31.72 $35.00 per unit Short-Term Tenant Type $15.86 $17.50 per unit Mobile Home or Trailer House on Own Premises $31.72 $35.00 per unit" 2. Typical Commercial Users Service Charges are proposed to be amended as follows: a. The current monthly service charge rate of $7.33 per 100 cubic feet per month would be increased to $7.85 per 100 cubic feet per month. b. The current minimum monthly charge of $73.30 per month would be increased to $78.50 per month.
