NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, on July 11, 2025, DAVID W. JONES ATTORNEY, PLLC executed a Deed of Trust to Scott R. Hendrix, Trustee for RENASANT BANK, which is recorded as Instrument No. 2025-14743-T-J1 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, RENASANT BANK appointed G. Martin Warren, Jr. as Substitute Trustee by instrument dated September 30, 2026, and recorded as Instrument No. 2026-21377-T-J1 in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, which default has continued for a period of time necessary for the holder to declare the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable, and RENASANT BANK, the holder of the Deed of Trust as aforesaid, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee so to do, I will on the 4th day of November, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, being between the hours of 11:00 o'clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., at the East main door of the Harrison County Courthouse, Gulfport, Mississippi, for cash to the highest and best bidder, the following described land and property lying and being situated in Harrison County, Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block 153, Original Gulfport, a subdivision according to the official map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, in Plat Book 11 at page 9 (Copy Book 4A at page 368) thereof, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
