The applicant is requesting to impact 0.133 acre of non-tidal wetlands for a water feature, to fill 0.042 acre of non-tidal wetlands for a berm, after-the-fact certification for fill of 0.055 acre of non-tidal wetlands for construction of a residence, and to restore 0.107 acre of non-tidal wetlands that were filled without authorization on North Beach Blvd in Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, MS.
