BILOXI HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP#ITS08.26 IT Managed Services The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities for Information Technology (IT) Managed services for the Biloxi Housing Authority. Proposals will be received at the office of the Biloxi Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 until Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2130 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS 39531 on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. to provide a project overview. Proposals may be submitted in-person, by courier and/or mailed so they are received by the BHA prior to the proposal deadline date and time to: Procurement, Biloxi Housing Authority, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The following must appear on the outside of the sealed Proposal Envelope or Package: "RFP#ITS08.26-IT Managed Services" along with the name and address of the Proposing entity. Proposal packages may be obtained by emailing a request to info@biloxihousing.org. No faxed or emailed proposals or amendments to proposals will be accepted.
