SPECIAL COMMISSIONER'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on February 8, 2021, Angie Parker, sole ownership, executed a certain deed of trust to Pilger Title Company, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for CMG Mortgage, Inc., dba CMG Financial, which deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, State of Mississippi in Book 3754 at Page 491; and WHEREAS, Sarah Parker acquired a remainder interest in the subject property by Quitclaim Deed with Life Estate dated February 9, 2021, and recorded in Book 2011 at Page 391; and WHEREAS, Kent D. McPhail, was appointed Special Commissioner by Order of the Chancery Court dated April 10, 2026, in Jackson Co.
