Object of Action: this is a Complaint seeking declaratory relief holding that Brookefield-Hunter, Inc. is the duly appointed manager of Golconda, LLC; and seeking damages for Martin's failure and refusal to Manage Golconda in a manner consistent with her fiduciary and contractual obligation to do so. If you intend to defend this lawsuit, within 21 days after this summons is served on you (not counting the day of service), you must: 1. File with the Clerk of Court a formal written answer to the complaint or petition. 2.
