Stephens Hernan executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Matthew Perkins, Trustee for First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Pascagoula-Moss Point, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi in Book 4201, Pages 687-696A; and WHEREAS, on May 14, 2026, the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Scott Corlew as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 4247, Page 145; and WHEREAS, on July 16, 2026, Hon. Mark Maples, Chancellor in matter no. 12-CV-1267-MAM [MEC 5] in the Chancery Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, appointed Matthew E. Perkins as Special Commissioner; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the Chancery Court of Jackson County, Mississippi having ordered the undersigned so to do, on September 1, 2026, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the west front door of the Jackson County Courthouse, 3104 Magnolia Street at Pascagoula, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Jackson County, Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 28, River Bluffs South Subdivision, Phase 2, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, in Plat Book 21, Page 60.
