Kyle and Carol A. Kyle to quiet and confirm tax title and for other relief for that certain property legally described as: 2009-0000618-D-J1 01/30/2009-WD LOT 43 BLK D BLUE LAKE SUBD PARCEL NO: 0313F-04-007.003 S-T-R: 26-08-13 PPIN 61639 YR 2012 Dennis A. Kyle and Carol A. Kyle, obtained their interest in the subject property via Quitclaim Deed granted by Todd J. Babin and Debra B. Babin, dated June 5, 2026, and recorded that same day as Instrument 2026-0011114-D-J1 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi. Todd J. Babin received his interest in the subject property from Robert M. Daley and Jeremia R. Daley, who were the successors in interest to William S. Hinton, who was the highest and best bidder at the tax sale dated August 26, 2013, for the 2012 Harrison County, Mississippi ad valorem taxes which were not redeemed, and he was granted a Chancery Clerk's Conveyance Land Sold for Taxes for the subject property dated August 23, 2016, and recorded August 29, 2016, as Instrument 2016-6029-D-J1 in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk.
