'33501, et seq., and the various statutes, rules and regulations supplemental thereto, and amendatory thereof, claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims arising out of a casualty or incident occurring on or about January 20, 2026 in Port Bienville, Hancock County, Mississippi resulting in the accidental drowning of Damian Brown, as plead in Plaintiff's Complaint.
