YOUNG'S POINT LANDING, LLC NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS Notice is hereby given that Young's Point Landing, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, with its principal office in New Orleans, Louisiana (the "Company"), was dissolved pursuant to the Certificate of Dissolution filed with the Mississippi Secretary of State on July 27, 2026. This notice is being published in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. § 79-29-819. Any person with a claim against the Company must present such claim to the Company in accordance with this notice. Claimants should submit the following in their notice of claim: (i) the name and address of person or entity making the claim; (ii) the nature of the claim; (iii) the date that the claim accrued or arose; (iv) any written documentation associated with the claim; (v) the name and address of all persons with knowledge of the claim; (vi) whether the claim is a known or unknown (contingent) claim against the Company; and (vii) all facts surrounding the claim. Claimants should submit their notice of claim in writing to Balch & Bingham, LLP, Attn: Mark E. Bond, 1310 25th Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501. Any claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years after the latter of the publication of the notice or the filing of a certificate of dissolution with respect to the Company. The word "claim" as used in this notice does not include a contingent liability or a claim based on an event occurring after the effective date of dissolution.
