Nourse as Trustee, for the benefit of Gulf Coast Renaissance Corporation, and recorded on January 4, 2011, in Book 2950 at Page 236 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi and WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Renaissance Corporation, a Mississippi non-profit corporation, on November 17, 2014, appointed P. Ann. Bailey, as Substituted Trustee in the place and instead of Rodney N. Nourse, through a Substitution of Trustee recorded on November 19, 2014, as Instrument 201417190, in Book 3245, Page 848 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Renaissance Corporation, a Mississippi non-profit corporation, transferred, assigned and conveyed unto Cadles of Grassy Meadows II, L.L.C., all its right, title and interest in and to said Deed of Trust through an Assignment Land Deed of Trust dated May 5, 2017, and recorded on June 30, 2017, in Book 3444, Page 259, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; WHEREAS, Cadles of Grassy Meadows II, L.L.C, transferred, assigned and conveyed unto CIRAS, L.L.C., all its right, title and interest in and to said Deed of Trust through an Assignment Land Deed of Trust dated June 6, 2017, and recorded on September 11, 2017, in Book 3460, Page 731, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, CIRAS, LLC, the current holder and/or assignee of said Deed of Trust, substituted Kevin A.
