PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF EXCLUSION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Mr. Charles Busby has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is requesting to construct an access pier over vegetation measuring 27 feet by 4 feet, an access pier over unvegetated water bottoms measuring 80 feet by 4 feet, and a pier measuring 20 feet by 10 feet on Beach Boulevard in Pascagoula, Jackson County, MS.
