BILOXI HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP#VMR07.26 Vacant Make Ready The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities for Vacant Make Ready services for Biloxi Housing Authority properties. Proposals will be received at the office of the Biloxi Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 no later than Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 330 Benachi Avenue Biloxi, MS 39530 on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. to provide a project overview and allow Proposers to ask questions pertaining to the work. Proposals may be submitted in-person, by courier and/or mailed so they are received by the BHA prior to the proposal deadline date and time to: Procurement, Biloxi Housing Authority, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The following must appear on the outside of the sealed Proposal Envelope or Package: "RFP#VMR07.26-Vacant Make Ready" along with the name and address of the Proposing entity.
