LIENOR'S NOTICE OF SALE - FORECLOSURE LIENOR'S NOTICE OF SALE - FORECLOSURE WHEREAS, on July 10, 2026, Oak Glen Marina Condominiums Phase I, a condominium owners' association ("Oak Glen Marina"), recorded with Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, a Notice of Condominium Assessment Liens, for unpaid maintenance, monthly fees and special assessments as Instrument#202614401, Deed Book 2269, Page 730-733, against Rodney Havard, owner of Unit #80 Oak Glen Marina, said recorded liens being for assessments and fees due according to the Declarations thereof, and recorded in Deed Book 1399, Pages 22-94, of the Land Records with the Jackson County Chancery Clerk; and WHEREAS, the Oak Glen Marina with all due and necessary authority shall conduct a foreclosure sale of said lien against the property, Unit #80, pursuant to the recorded Declarations and Miss.
