Notice of Sale TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on April 12, 2024, Giqua L. Bland executed a Deed of Trust to Michael A. King, as Trustee for Trustmark National Bank now known as Trustmark Bank, as Lender, with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., ("MERS"), as Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st Jud. Dist.
