This is a suit by American Pride Properties, LLC to confirm tax title, and for other relief as to that certain property legally described as:

N 81 DEG W 179.62' TO POB DB 381-51 (20 MAP687.36) PARCEL
NO: 02936140.000 S-T-R: 36-6 -8 PPIN 16146 YR 2022
AMERICAN PRIDE PROPERTIES, LLC, obtained its interest in the subject property by virtue of a QUITCLAIM DEED AND ASSIGNMENT granted by MS TL LLC DBA MS TL LLC TESCO CUSTODIAN FOR MS TL LLC, dated January 22, 2025, and recorded on December 11, 2025, as #202525607 BK: 2241 PG: 665-666 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi. MS TL LLC DBA MS TL LLC TESCO CUSTODIAN, being the highest and best bidder at the tax sale dated August 28, 2023, for the 2022 Jackson County, Mississippi ad valorem taxes which were not redeemed, was granted a Chancery Clerk's Conveyance Land Sold for Taxes for said property dated December 2, 2025, and was recorded that same day as #202523639 BK: 2238 PG: 182 in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk.

YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM THE 15th day of July 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS.
