The other Defendants in this action are the City of D'Iberville, Mississippi; SIJ Promenade MS Owner, LLC; NS Retail Holdings, LLC; Sandefur Properties, LLC; Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc.; Renasant Bank; Halle Properties, L.L.C.; JL D'Iberville 1506, LLC; QSR 50, LLC; Simmons Bank; First Horizon Bank; Jiffy Lube International, Inc.; and Zaxby's Franchising, LLC. You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to Jordan R. Mathews, the attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 2137 E. Pass Road, Gulfport, Mississippi 39507. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NO LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE 12TH DAY OF JULY, 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THE SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER THINGS DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT. Pursuant to M.C.A.
